Applicants should get receipt after June 2 if you get the cap. USCIS will deny duplicate applications so this year they have wait list for those who can replace eliminated petitions. Your application fee should be refund if you did not get the cap. Premium Processing should be processed within 15 days after April 14 the date USCIS run random selection. Good luck everyone.

Does anyone know if you have to wait until Oct 1st, 2008 to get a stamp if you are a candidate residing outside of USA ?
Or Once approval is received can we go for stamping anytime prior to OCT 1, 2008 ?
