While now Senate almost pass legalize illegal immigrants by giving Z visa or such..paying 5,000 fine over 8 years, "learn English", I was wondering how about the rights for those who are highly educated people who earned masters or even PhD degree can ever pursue their American Dream without outrageous difficulty. Read an article here in Business Week. Yes, I know immigration issue deserved debate but you will know later who can long stand in this global competition. Remember,the world is flat.
